Well it would be nice to actually use the app, I have an account but apparently Im not authorized to use this app, wtf?

Review your last 5 claims, submit new claim and a copy of you benefits card on your phone. Awesome app. Only thing to add would be the ability to review which benefits are available and maximum amounts that can be claimed.

If youre a customer of IA, this is as handy an app as you can have. Easy to contact someone who can help you and review your claims.

Very easy to use app for employees who have Group benefits with Industrial Alliance. Makes it very easy to get in touch with them if you have any questions. Great to see the status of recent claims submitted.

Great app! Everything I need for a benefits supplier app, saves me so much time submitting claims, waiting for payment. No more photocopying receipts, filling out forms, mailing. Makes life a little bit simpler!

Wonderful app for Industrial Alliance group members. Submitting claims has been a breeze, plus easy to see past claims and also you always have a copy of your card with you. Nothing needs to be changed, highly recommend this app!

Had initial problems with making claims in the app when it was first available. Then subsequently having problems logging in with my husband and I getting different error messages. Hopefully, the bugs will get sorted out soon as its beginning to put me off using it.

Im happy with the app I could get my claim submitted, but the only 2 Ive tried I had to send my receipts anyways, and pretty much resubmit all over again. I think the app should add a photo spot and take photos of the receipts to submit rather than having to mail them in. Also the waiting time on claims is quite a long time in general. Talking to other people that have different insurance companies get their claims back in 2-3 days. I usually have to wait 1.5-3 weeks.

I gotta say out of all the apps i use this is the most efficient. It so quick at claim submissions and it makes it so easy to call for help. When Im done my massage i take my app claim the massage and in two min Im done. No more filling out paperwork. Looooove this app

Able to submit my claims right after I finished my massage appointment. Easy to use.

Great app! Its simple, provides quick access to relevant information, the user interface is clean and it works exactly as intended.
